Education & Employee Health

Education and Employee Health services are available to employees of Dodge County Hospital. All employees are required to complete a specific number of continuing education units, depending on their position's requirements. Additional classes above and beyond the requirements are available if an employee wishes to avail himself/herself of them. 

Employee physicals are performed annually, and other health services may be offered to employees throughout the year. This office is responsible for administering TB skin tests and Flu shots for hospital staff members. Employee Health coordinates with businesses and industries in the community regarding Dodge County Hospital's participation in business-sponsored health fairs. Employee Health also schedules classes in CPR, ACLS, NRP, and PALS in order for hospital employees to obtain/maintain required professional certifications.
