Pricing Transparency

Hospital Price Transparency requires all hospitals to post their standard current charges through a shoppable service estimation link and machine readable file. The information is required by CMS, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

It is recommended that patients contact their health insurer to verify their estimated out-of-pocket costs. Any Dodge County Hospital customer may also call 478-448-4000 to talk to one of our financial counselors regarding out of-pocket cost estimates that take insurance and financial need into account.

Service Charges

The file below is a list of standard prices for items and services. The amount charged for each item is the same for all patients; however the amount a patient may owe will vary due to factors such as the patient's insurance plan coverage, deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, or out-of-pocket maximum.

Because every patient's situation is different, such general charge information should be considered a starting point. The most accurate cost estimate is personalized based on your health insurance plan.
